This is followed by an interactive end-user training session. During this one-day training we identify key reports necessary for your business and how they should be configured. This enables us to deliver a concise roadmap of requirements, used in Phase 2, during the implementation and configuration of WebTrends, tracking of campaigns and optionally Search Engine Optimization.

Remote WebTrends Administration is offered to clients unwilling to manage the ongoing configuration and administration changes required for WebTrends.
