Enlighten delivers web analytics across the spectrum, from regular site reporting to deep analysis, highly interpreted and customized. We analyze visitor behavior for many purposes, usually to guide web site or site marketing changes, large and small. Our analytics are inventive, adaptable, accurate, understandable, and efficient. We do the full spectrum of analytics, but prefer:
  1. Site evaluation. We specialize in open-ended analysis of site traffic, aiming for insights and recommendations for site design, site marketing, product merchandising, usability improvement, and ROI analysis.
  2. Reporting. We set up daily/weekly/monthly reporting that is modified to be understandable and grows in sophistication over time.
  3. Complex problems. We find visitor segments, track multi-visit patterns, and map behavior to decision processes.
