Program Summary
This program is designed for individuals responsible for creating and administering WebTrends Analytics solutions. The program is available to both clients and partners and is a comprehensive look at how WebTrends works and how to configure various WebTrends features to provide comprehensive reporting. The WebTrends Certified Professional Program is an intensive four-day training session followed by a certification exam on the fifth day. This course addresses the technical fundamentals and custom reporting knowledge required to support WebTrends solutions.

The class is appropriate for anyone desiring a basic understanding of WebTrends functionality and report configuration. Software clients should note, the class does not cover installation, but rather focuses on configuring the tool to provide comprehensive reporting once the installation is complete.

• Configuring user rights, permissions, and roles
• Exporting information to a SmartReport or ODBC format
• Analyzing traffic via content groups, path analysis, and parameter analysis
• Designing and creating custom reports
• Creating custom elements such a report filters, dimension, and measures
• Utilizing lookup tables to make reports more user-friendly
• Implementing advanced campaign and product reporting
• Building hierarchy drilldown reports

Program Exam
The WebTrends Certified Professional Exam is a three-hour exam that tests an individual's knowledge of the various components of the WebTrends Analytics program. The exam has a multiple choice component as well as a practical component where individuals are required to utilize the WebTrends program to create various reports and features. You will receive a WebTrends Certified Professional certification upon successful completion of the exam.
