Overview
Site59 provides one-stop online shopping for last-minute travel. The company sells dynamic, real-time travel packages by leveraging unsold airline seats, hotel rooms, rental cars and other inventory travel items.

Challenge
Site59 decision-making team needed to make their business decisions based on quantitative web site traffic analysis information about where visitors entered the site, what paths they took through the site, what pages spurred them to action, whether they initiated and completed the ordering process or at which step in the purchase process they dropped out. They also needed information by which to evaluate their more than 5,000 business partners.
